Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, delivery phone number, delivery address, order details, support correspondence and payment/order references. Full card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Rackets360.
How we use it
We use personal information to process and deliver orders, provide support, manage returns and demo rackets, prevent fraud, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Information may be shared where necessary with providers involved in payments, hosting, fulfilment and delivery. Revolut processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
Browser storage
The store uses essential browser storage to remember your shopping bag and payment/order state. We do not currently use advertising or marketing-tracking cookies on this storefront.
Your rights
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

When you use our website contact form, the information you submit is transmitted through FormSubmit so it can be delivered to our customer-support email. FormSubmit may retain submissions for up to 30 days. Please do not include payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in the contact form.
Marketing and relevant product recommendations
If you actively opt in, we may use your email address to send occasional Rackets360 offers, product news and recommendations for relevant or related products. Marketing consent is optional, is kept separate from service messages about an order or enquiry, and can be withdrawn at any time using the Contact / Support form.
