Prices and VAT
Prices are displayed in EUR. Drakestar Ventures Ltd is not currently VAT registered and does not charge VAT. The checkout total plus any stated delivery charge is the amount payable to us.
Orders and payment
Orders are subject to stock availability and successful payment confirmation. Payments are processed through Revolut; Rackets360 does not store full card details.
Delivery
Standard delivery is €5.99 per order within the Republic of Cyprus. Next-day delivery applies only to eligible Cyprus-stock items and is subject to stock, working days, order timing and courier performance.
Returns and faults
Eligible online purchases are subject to applicable Cyprus and EU consumer rights. See our Refunds & Returns Policy. Statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not limited.

The demo service is governed by the terms on our Try Before You Buy page and is available only for selected models.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus without removing mandatory consumer protections.
