Change of mind - 14 days

You may notify us that you wish to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. You are responsible for return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect the product as you reasonably would in a shop. If it has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may make a lawful deduction for reduction in value.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights apply.
