TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

Try the racket. Then decide.

Choosing a padel racket from specifications alone is difficult. With Rackets360, selected models are available as dedicated demo rackets so you can actually play with one before committing to a new racket.

HOW IT WORKS

One demo racket, three days, a simple decision.

01

Choose

Select a racket marked as demo-eligible. Demo availability is limited to selected models.

02

We dispatch the demo

We place a temporary card pre-authorisation for the full retail value and send the dedicated demo racket.

03

Play for 3 days

Use the racket normally on court. The trial period starts when the racket is delivered.

04

Return & decide

Return the demo. If you buy that model, you receive a brand-new racket and the €19.99 trial fee is credited.

OUR HYGIENE PROMISE

Fully hygienically cleaned after every trial

Every demo racket is fully hygienically cleaned and inspected after each customer use before it is dispatched again. The handle and grip are checked every time, and the overgrip is replaced whenever its condition requires it.

You are never being sent an unchecked racket straight from the previous customer.

FAIR WEAR & DAMAGE

Play normally. Small marks are expected.

Demo rackets are meant to be played with. Light surface scratches, ball marks, minor edge scuffs and normal grip wear are accepted as normal demo wear.

We photograph the racket before every dispatch. Before returning it, we ask you to take four simple guided photos: front face, rear face, frame/edge and handle/strap. This should take about 60 seconds.

Only abnormal damage, loss or serious structural damage may result in a charge. Any charge would reflect the actual damage, up to the retail value where the racket is lost or irreparably damaged.
